The Challenge

The client faced uneven shade variations and reduced wash fastness of pigmented polyester materials, which affected the quality of production batches.

Our Approach

We implemented a testing protocol that analyzed critical parameters: dye bath temperature, dye diffusion time, and selection of dyeing auxiliaries. 5 new disperse dye formulations were tested.

Implementation & Results

By precisely adjusting the thermal cycle and introducing a new leveling auxiliary, we achieved color uniformity of over 98%. Wash fastness increased by 40%, according to AATCC standards.
